Beetle Cat, IYRS 2018

I fully restored this 12-foot catboat with two other IYRS students during our first year in the wooden boat building program there. We replaced everything but the hardware.

Wee Winn Replica, IYRS 2019

We built this replica of NG Herreshoff’s 1892 half-rater of the same name in our second year at IYRS. One of the members of the build team later skippered her to victory in the Classic Yacht Regatta on Narragansett Bay.
